Bendtner Expected To Start Final 2 Games
Posted in Uncategorized on May 1, 2008 by matthew789With third place secured alot of the Arsenal “squad” players will be given their chance to flourish by starting in Sundays game at the Emirates Stadium and at the final game of the season at Stadium Of Light to prove Wenger that they will be fighting fot a spot next season, Bendtner started Monday nights 6-2 thrashing over Derby county at pride park, and scored and played a part in a goal playing a woderful one-two with Gael Clichy, he was voted in The Sun newspaper star man and things are looking up for Bendtner who is looking to get more starts next season, he took he’s tally to 8 goals which he has only started 15 for the Gunners scoring crucial goals along the way.
In other news other “squad” players will be given a chance like Traore, Song, Gilbert, Denilson, Gibbs, and possibly wonderkid Jack Wilshere. The latter two are regular fixtures in the reserves side.
