Emirates Cup Preview: Arsenal V Juventus

Arsenal get down to the serious business of pre season this afternoon in the Emirates Cup. Arsenal the hosts won the tournament last year and paraded the cup infront of the fans and will look to do the same this year. The Emirates Cup is a two day tournament with 4 teams competing for the trophy over the weekend, Arsenal welcome back Cesc Fabregas, Abou Diaby and Philippe Senderos to the squad with the rest of the first team ready to participate in the pre season tournament. Our featured player Nicklas Bendtner is expected to start tomorrow with Carlos Vela upfront with a team similar to Wednesday nights game against Stuttgart. On Sunday the team is expected to be rotated with Fabregas, Adebayor and Van Persie coming in to start.

MY EXPECTED LINE UP:

-Almunia-

-Sagna-   -Gallas-  -Djourou-  -Clichy-

-Walcott-    -Denilson- -Ramsey- -Nasri-

-Bendtner-  -Vela-

Hopefully we can beat Juventus who are a strong team which we have to be wary of, but i believe we are more than capable of beating them. Lets hope Nicklas Bendtner can get on the scoresheet and keep up his impressive pre-season record.
