Featured Player Nicklas Bendtner Nets Twice In Juventus Friendly Ahead Of Serie A Clash Away To Siena

Its been a tough start to life at The Biaconeri for featured player Nicklas Bendtner, N.B signed on deadline day for last seasons unbeaten scudetto champions Juventus but had no proper pre season whilst at the Gunners’ in July-Aug so was always destined to be playing catch up in terms of fitness at his new club.

Bendtner has only played 10 mins of football since joining the black n white stripes but he played yesterday in a friendly set out for the Juve’ players that didn’t play in Tuesday’s Uefa Champions League match at the Juventus stadium. The likes of Bendtner, Pogba, Giacherrini and De ceglie were involved. N.B hit two goals in the friendly in a 4-0 win at the Juve training ground against Italian minnows Valle d’Aosta. It could just be what he needs and a sign to the manager, Antonio Conte, that he’s pushing for a starting place in the champions starting XI.

Theres no doubting N.B’s technicall ability, game intelligence,  and all round game but it was always going to be hard to come into a side thats just won Serie A unbeaten. Hopefully now he is settling in to life @ Juve and will get some more mintutes in SerieA and the Uefa Champions League for the biaconeri in the near future to show what he is capable of. what do you think ?

  1. Yes he is settling to life in the Serie A.I think now he will be a regular for Juventus now…..for the friendly matches ofcourse. lol.
The odds are stacked against him you see:
    1)Scored against minnows
    2)…in a friendly match.
“Yes!Now I should put him in the Champions League XI”….no good coach would think like that.
And,at a club like Juventus who are doing pretty well……his chances will be very limited. He will get cameo roles though. He is no Ronaldo or Messi. So the loan spell will be pretty awful for him playing-wise.
The only positive thing that I see happening is that he will realize that he is not the “best” as he claims to me and will come down to earth and work harder. That could be a bonus for Arsenal.

  2. hehe strange how people like the media type juvantus strikers are sucks iv been watching them and they are not at all better than Bendtner 😛 dont listen to media speak
